Over the past several months we have delivered impactful new features and functionalities to our corporate social responsibility (CSR) products like Causes, dynamic approver routing, enhanced organization profiles, advanced dashboarding, and improvements to internal user management, just to name a few. Not only are we continuing to focus on enhancing our CSR platform—but we also shared that the technology and people behind CyberGrants, EveryAction, Network for Good, and Social Solutions are coming together as Bonterra!
In our most recent roadmap session, we shared our CSR product roadmap for the second half of 2022. Centered around five key themes of Participation, Impact, Insights, Agility, and Scale, we’re excited to continue to deliver new features and updates to help our clients maximize their impact through innovative solutions.

Social Impact Leadership Conference (SILC) 2022
For the first time since 2019, SILC returned in-person to bring together the CSR community for inspiration and idea sharing. It was an opportunity to reflect on the past few years—challenges, resiliency, change, impact, pace and much more!

Employee Engagement Dashboard & Web Analytics

How many nonprofits are using FrontDoor now?
More than 96,000 nonprofits are validated in FrontDoor. That grows by approximately 1,000 per week. We absolutely advocate for all nonprofits to be in FrontDoor, as does our nonprofit council. The vast majority of nonprofits that receive any volume of gifts and hours are in FrontDoor.
When is Giving Tuesday and who will have access to Giving Tuesday dashboards?
This year Giving Tuesday is on November 29th. The Giving Tuesday dashboard will be available to all clients licensed for Insights. The Insights offering requires a subscription alongside your grants and/or employee engagement use. Learn more about Insights.
